Dee is a creative facilitator and coach. She works with public sector agencies, companies, organisations and partnerships to develop people, ideas and innovative solutions.

Specialising in providing new contexts for thinking, learning and making things happen, her particular skills are in creative facilitation and group development, gained through working in theatre and cultural industries development.

Previously a freelance producer for film and broadcast theatre and a local government officer in Planning and Cultural Development departments, her last local authority job was in Liverpool as Assistant Director, Arts and Cultural Industries leading a team of cultural development staff, writing and implementing the Arts and Cultural Industries Strategy for the City of Liverpool and establishing and managing the UK’s first Film Commission.

She was a Non Executive Director of Tameside C&PS NHS Trust, is a magistrate on the City of Manchester bench and has a development role with Red Ladder Theatre Company.

Dee now lives in the Peak District with her husband and youngest child.
