The Scottish Community Foundation asked Creative Exchange to help them creative and run their annual Foundation Day for all staff.

The purpose of the meeting was to take ‘time out’ for the staff to focus on the issues and relationships which underpin their day-to-day work in order to build an understanding of how the effectiveness and commitment of every member contributes towards achieving success.

At the end of the day, staff had prioritised a number of key development actions and decided how and by whom these were to be championed.
