Creative Exchange Tourism Innovation Day for Scottish Enterprise

The Tourism Innovation Day 2003 provided business leaders and managers from the Scottish tourism industry with the motivation, impetus, ideas and tools to make a difference in their own businesses, work more effectively with other businesses and ultimately enhance the Scottish Tourism Product through innovation.

At this dynamic and highly interactive day participants were able to choose the sessions which made most sense to them, meet speakers they really wanted to listen to, and learn about local, national and international examples of how innovation could add real value to their business and the sector.   They were able to:

  • Take away tools and ideas they could really use.

  • Gain practical insights and information to help their business succeed.

  • Be inspired to lead innovation at any level in their business.

  • Make real connections with innovators they could work with.

  • Receive the new interactive Innovation Toolkit and claim a free place for their company on a workshop to learn how to use it!
